Apricot Frazhipan Tart (For Hilda) Recipe + Photo Steps

Ingredients for 8 person

Dough

Wheat flour - 200 g butter - 100 g white sugar - 50 g egg - 1 piece

Filling

apricots - 300 g almond - 130 g sugar - 130 g butter - 130 tbsp. lemon zest - 1 tsp egg - 2 pieces

First we make the dough: mix ice oil with flour, sugar and yolk.

With your hands or a knife, grind everything into crumbs, roll the dough into a ball, if it does not roll, add 1 tablespoon of ice water.

Wrap the ball in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Fry the almonds.

And grind in a blender.

Let's take a cream: beat soft butter with sugar.

Add one egg at a time, whisking.

Add lemon zest to the cream and nuts chopped into crumbs, mix gently.

We take out the dough and roll it into the baking dish, form the sides. We often prick it with a fork and put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 180.

We spread the cream on the hot cake, distribute the halves of apricots on top, sprinkle a little sugar (1 tbsp) and put in the oven for another 25-30 minutes, the cake should become rosy and mouth-watering!

You can get the finished cake, you can cool it a bit and serve right away - it is incomparable even in its warm form!
