Farfalle With Baked Garlic Pine Nuts And Capers (For Elena Kovach) Recipe + Photo Steps
Ingredients for 4 person
The mainfreshly ground black pepper - 1 pinch hard cheese - 100 g capers - 1 tbsp. pine nuts - 100 g olive oil - 1 tsp butter - 2 tbsp. garlic - 3 cloves farfalle pasta (butterflies) - 300 g
Peel the garlic, put in foil, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven until golden brown (10-12 minutes) Boil the pasta in a large amount of water with added salt, put in a colander and cool slightly.
Melt the butter in a pan, add softened garlic and mash it. Add pine nuts and continue cooking all together, stirring occasionally.
Nuts should become golden.
Remove the nuts and garlic from the heat, add to the boiled paste, mix. add capers, season with black pepper, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve warm.
