Ingredients for 12 person
The mainflour - 320 g kefir - 200 ml suluguni - 200 g salt - ½ tsp vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. egg - 1 piece baking powder - 1 tsp
Stir the egg in kefir. Distribute salt and baking powder in flour. Pour kefir mash there. Stir a little. Add oil. Then knead the dough with your hands, finally forming a ball. Coarsely grate the cheese. Roll the dough thinly (2-3 mm).
