Peanut Butter Bagels Recipe + Photo Steps

I did it in the evening, so I don’t even publish the first photos, everything is white there: grind the butter with sugar and add sour cream. If you do with jam, you can do without sugar!

Pour the sifted flour gradually, knead the sour cream dough.

Divide into 4 balls (I love mini bagels), each roll out into a thin layer (like dumplings). On the board will take another 20 g of flour.

Divide into 6 or 8 triangles.

Spread a teaspoon of peanut butter.

Twist into a roll and transfer to a greased form. The top can be anointed with yolk or as i-milk.

Bake until golden until 15-20 minutes at 190 *. 25 pieces came out, but the recipe is reduced by 2 times, so 50 pieces are obtained from the original!

Top with ready chocolate sauce for desserts (pour ice cream to them!).
