Pesto Recipe + Photo Steps
Ingredients for 1 person
The mainfresh basil - 1 bunch roasted pine nuts - 70 g garlic - 1 clove Parmesan - 20 g Himalayan salt - 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper - to taste Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 100 ml lemon juice - 1 tsp
Grind nuts, garlic, basil (without coarse stalks), parmesan (I have grated) in a blender, adding 30 ml of olive oil.
Then add lemon juice, salt, pepper and the rest of the oil.
